DOROTHY (nee Wiseman)
BISNOW,
87, of Cherry Hill, died on Nov. 10. Wife of the late Julius Bisnow. Mother of Rochelle and Nelson Tobolsky, Arlene and Joe Orman and Iris and Dr. Harvey Benn. Sister of Ethel Shapiro and Sidney Wiseman. Grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of eight. Dorothy owned and operated her own knitting store and then went on to own and operate a ladies clothing store, Dot Apparel. She became a buyer for Snellenberg’s Dept. Stores and eventually owned and operated Tobacco Village in the Moorestown Mall. Dorothy moved to Boca Raton, FL and became an active member of Beth El Syn. and their Sisterhood. She operated the synagogue’s gift shop. of Maple Shade, died on Nov. 10. Wife of Morris Cohen. Mother of Mark (Rhoda) Cohen and Jodi (Alvin) Stern. Grandmother of four and greatgrandmother of one. Esther was a hairdresser at Es-Mar’s Beauty Salon in Camden for years.

ANNE L. (nee Laikin)
ROSNER,
of Cherry Hill, died on Nov. 15. Wife of the late William “Bill” Rosner. Survived by Jill Segal (Ed Baim), Joy Reif (Max) and Alan Segal (Julie). Sister of the late Selma Elias. Also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

MARTIN DAVID SACHS,
of Cinnaminson, died on Nov. 17. Father of Elizabeth Benjamine Sachs. Son of Paul and Shaina (nee Goodman) Sachs. Brother of Sidney Alan Sachs and Howard Samuel Sachs.

BERNARD I. SIMAN,
MD, of Voorhees, formerly of Marlton, died on Nov. 4. Husband of Selma (nee Rosen) Siman. Father of Mark I. (Becky) Siman, Esq. and Robert Siman. Brother of Trudie Frankel. Grandfather of two. Dr. Siman graduated from Temple Univ. in 1940 and graduated Temple Medical School in 1944.

EVELYN Y. (nee Gottlieb)
SLOTKIN,
of Voorhees, died on Nov. 5. Mother of Paul (Joyce) Slotkin, Robert (Diane) Slotkin, Faye (Jeffrey) Mack and the late Dr. Barney Slotkin. Sister of Alfred (Marian) Gottlieb, Kenneth (the late Lois) Gottlieb and the late Helene (the late Marvin) Gold. Grandmother of 23, great-grandmother of four and aunt to many. SIDNEY STEINER,
of Ft. Myers, FL, and formerly of Pennsauken, died on Nov. 20. Husband of Ruth (nee Silberman) Steiner. Father of Benjamin (Carole) Steiner and Evelyn (Mickey) Rosen. Grandfather of five and great-grandfather of 10. Sidney was a partner with his late brother, Daniel, at Crescent Liquor in Maple Shade and also worked in real estate. Mr. Steiner was a member of the Mizpah Haddon Heights Lodge #191 F.& A.M., B’nai B’rith, the Garden State Lodge of B’rith Sholom, the Crescent Temple of the Shriners and the Moorestown Field Club. Sidney was the former treasurer and vice president of Cong. Beth Jacob Beth Israel (formerly of Cherry Hill) where he was named “Man of the Year” in 1972. ELAINE (nee Lesit) VINCOFF,

66, passed away on Nov. 5 at her home in Margate after battling cancer for nearly five years. Wife of Norman Vincoff. Mother of David (Elise), Gary (Nina) and Lorin (Matt). Sister of Phyllis (Elliot). Bubbi of eight and aunt to many.

SIDNEY WERTHEIMER,
of Margate, died on Nov. 15. Husband of Frances (nee Meyer) Wertheimer. Father of Isabel (Paul Hilger) Czech and Spencer (Joan) Wertheimer. Grandfather of two. Sidney worked as a credit manager for Gimbels Dept. Store. .
