Solving a mystery at the JCC proves a hit for Shaloma Hadassah

Shirley Belitsky (right) donned a sweet Southern accent while playing mother-of-the-bride alongside an actress from NYC’s Murder Mystery Company, which presented a highly-entertaining murder mystery dinner theater event at the JCC in Margate on Oct. 14. Belitsky was one of 12 audience members chosen to act in the show, while a room full of audience members worked to solve the mystery. “We watched as an actor died! It was pretend of course…” said Eve Rose, who helped plan the event, a major fundraiser for Shaloma Hadassah. Three tables succeeded in correctly guessing the murderer, said Rose.
