Dr. Neil Levin set for installation as next Jewish Federation president


DR. NEIL LEVIN…will be installed as Federation president Nov. 4. DR. NEIL LEVIN…will be installed as Federation president Nov. 4. Dr. Neil Levin will be installed as president of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey at the 96th Annual Meeting on Sunday, Nov. 4. The event will be held at the Weinberg Jewish Community Campus, 1301 Springdale Road in Cherry Hill, starting at 5:30 p.m.

Levin began his involvement with the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey in the mid-1990s with the Young Leadership Council. Subsequently, he was co-chair of the Jewish Medical Society. He and his wife, Andi, chaired Super Sunday in 2001.

He has been an active member of the Jewish Federation Board since 2000, chairing the Planning Committee and the Budget and Allocations Committee. He is a vice president of the Jewish Federation, and is a past president of the Jewish Community Voice. He recently served on the board of Kellman Brown Academy.

Levin is a cardiologist with Penn Medicine, working in Cherry Hill and at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He and Andi reside in Cherry Hill and are members of Temple Beth Sholom. They have three adult children.

I look forward to working with our committed lay leaders, donors, and professional staff under the leadership of our CEO Jen Weiss to fully develop the Commons at 1721 Springdale Road, innovate our fundraising model, and expand our Community Tracker demographic survey.”

The entire community is invited to attend the Jewish Federation Annual Meeting and welcome Neil Levin as the next Federation president. A couvert of $90 includes a glatt kosher dinner.
