Israel 70 grant applications being accepted through Jan. 31

Ronit Boyd and the Jewish Federation Global Connections Committee are accepting Israel 70 Grant applications through Jan. 31. Local organizations, such as Federation agencies, synagogues, and day schools that offer an Israel-related program focusing on any aspect of Israeli life, culture, advocacy, history, or education are eligible to receive the grant awards. The committee will also favor programs that create partnership opportunities and have the greatest engagement potential.

The Israel 70 Grant funds program expenses of up to $2,000. Applicants should formulate and develop a program based on their own interests and strengths. All interested parties should fill out a proposal form online at jewishsouthjersey.org/israel70. Applicants will receive a funding decision on Feb. 19, at which time awarded applicants have a September 1 deadline to complete their programs and receive an evaluation.

Please contact Ronit Boyd with any questions about the Israel 70 Grant program or grant proposal process by phone at (856) 673-2588 or by email at rboyd@jfedsnj.org.
