Mel Brooks tribute at M’kor Shalom

Come prepared to laugh your kishkes off when the M’kor Shalom theater group pays tribute to Mel Brooks at its annual performance, titled “It’s Good to be the King: A Tribute to Mel Brooks.” The exclusive and original premiere will be presented on Saturday, Dec. 9 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 10 at 3 p.m. at the synagogue at 850 Evesham Road, Cherry Hill.

The event was conceived and produced by Beverly and Edmond Weiss, and features original content by Edmond Weiss and Larry Siegel, and musical direction by Alan Schorr. They will be joined by M’kor Shalom’s in-house talent.

Enjoy original selections from popular movies, including “The Producers,” “Young Frankenstein,” “High Anxiety,” “Blazing Saddles,” “Robin Hood: Men in Tights,” “The 2000 Year Old Man,” and more.

Tickets are $18 for adults and seniors, and $15 for all students.
