Attendees will enjoy facility tours, are welcome to join in on a group fitness class, take part in activities for children, and meet JCC department representatives.

The Open House will take place at the JCC’s beautiful facility, which houses a NAEYC accredited and award-winning early childhood center, a state-of-the-art fitness complex with indoor pools, two full-size basketball gyms, fitness center with cardio machines and weight training equipment, small group training studio, yoga, spin and Pilates studios. Each week, members can take advantage of over 100 free group wellness classes, including aqua jam, yoga, Pilates, Bodypump, Tabata Bootcamp, Spin, HIGH Fitness and Ugi Fit.

The Richard M. Basketball leagues and sports enrichment classes are offered for children, teens and adults throughout the year, and swim lessons are offered for children as young as three months old.

The Sari Isdaner Early Childhood Center at the Katz JCC’s state licensed and NAEYC accredited program offers full day infant and toddler care for children as of six weeks old, flexible toddler programs for two- and three-year-olds, full and half day pre-school, transitional kindergarten and full day certified kindergarten. A new STEAM lab, scheduled to open in January 2018, will further support Early Childhood’s integration of STEAM to the curriculum, which provides children opportunities to learn creatively through problem solving and teamwork.

The JCC is also home to two award-winning summer day camps; Early Childhood Camps at the Katz JCC for ages 2-5, and the JCC Camps at Medford for ages 3-14, and an award-winning after school program—Just4Kids and JCrew, for kids in kindergarten through 8th grade.
