MARC LEVIN, of Cherry Hill, passed away on Mar. 29. Husband of Joan Langer and the late Diane Levin. Father of Lisa (Scott) Stegall and William Levin. Brother of Sondra (Ira) Berman and brother-in-law of Sam (the late Susan) Asbell. ROBERT RICHMAN, of Mt. Laurel, passed away on Apr. 1. Husband of Phyllis Richman. Father of Michael (Sharon) Richman and Denyse Richman. Grandfather of Kyle Richman and Kelsey Richman. A. FRED RUTTENBERG passed away on Jan. 29. Fred graduated the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School in 1963 and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Order of the Coif, in 1966. After law school, Fred served in the US Army as a 1st Lieutenant and then as Captain in South Korea as part of the A.S.A. Fred was a partner in Archer & Greiner, Blank, Rome, Comisky and McCauley and most recently Flaster, Greenberg focusing on Corporate & Business Law. Fred was a life master in Bridge at the age of 21 and represented the East Coast at a grand national tournament, as well as representing Asia while serving in the army. Fred was President of Camden County Cancer Society and honored by Israel Bonds in 1987. He also served as President of Woodcrest Country Club from 1985 to 1987. In the golf world, Fred served on the Golf Association of Philadelphia as a volunteer, on the Executive Committee from 1993-2011 and for the last 16 years as the Associate General Council. For many years, Fred had been a golf course rater for Golf Week Magazine. Survived by his wife, Judy (Lukoff) and daughters and sons-in-law Dina and Adam Blackman and Betsy and John Contant and his five grandchildren, Jack, Samantha, and Alexa Blackman and Jared and Evan Contant.

WILLIAM “BILL” SIEGEL, 82, of Mt. Laurel, passed away on Mar. 25. Husband of Gail Siegel. Father of Risa (Terry) Zablin and Marcy Siegel (George). Grandfather of Ilana, Jonathan and Emma Shira. Brother of the late A. Neal Siegel (Alison). Bill will be dearly missed by many loving family and friends in Toronto, Canada.
