Learn Jewish values with your children

PJ Library brings Jewish storybooks and music CDs right to your doorstep each month, helping to find just the right books to read together as a family. Books that help you talk with your children about Jewish values, traditions, and culture—and help them develop their Jewish identity.

Reading to—and with—your children is important and studies show that it has a significant impact on a child’s development and the education they can reach. Something magical happens when parents sit down to read with their children and PJ is there to help bring that magic into your home! Each month, PJ Library of Southern New Jersey sends a free age-appropriate book to enrolled families in Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester Counties. PJ is for children as young as six months old on up through 11 years, with Judaism as part of their lives, regardless of their Jewish background, knowledge, or observance.

PJ Library is a national book and Jewish family engagement program brought to you by the Harold Grinspoon Foundation. PJ Library of Southern New Jersey is also funded by the Alan & Helene Blumenfeld Family Foundation, the Jewish Community Foundation, Inc., the Jewish Women’s Foundation, and Elaine Waxman. Thank you to our sponsors for their support in bringing this wonderful program to our community!
