Looking for another way to connect Jewishly?
The Jewish Federation’s national partner agency, The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), is hosting three mission trips in the first half of 2016. All three are a great way to connect Jewishly with others and learn more about how Jewish Federations all across North America come together to make an impact around the world.
The Heart to Heart Women’s Mission to Israel is Feb. 7-11. Join smart, motivated, like-minded women for a journey that will fill your soul, open your mind, and renew your spirit. Find meaning in your Jewish community through an incredible experience that will change your life. Heart to Heart is an annual mission trip each February.
The JFNA Network Mission to Israel is Apr. 4-10. Join JFNA for a mission to Israel designed with small Jewish communities in mind. Whether you are traveling to Israel for the first time, have lost count of your visits, or fall somewhere in between, this is the opportunity to experience the wonders of Israel with other members of small Jewish communities from around the country and see first-hand how our JFund (campaign) dollars are making a difference. Professionals, volunteer leaders, and community members alike will return as more equipped, informed, and engaged Federation advocates.
The LGBTQ Mission to Israel is May 26-June 2. Join members of the LGBTQ community from across North America for this groundbreaking mission to Israel. Encounter Israel and Federation as a community through a uniquely LGBTQ lens. Meet with Israel’s top LGBTQ politicians, business leaders, and innovators and learn what is being done to advance the rights of the LGBTQ community. Spend time with IDF soldiers and officers. Be inspired by incredible sites where Federations are changing lives every day. Experience Israeli culture, cuisine, and character as a community.
