Robyn Kaplan to receive Staff Achievement Award

Robyn Kaplan, director of Aleph Home Care, will receive the Staff Achievement Award at the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey’s 92nd Annual Meeting on Sunday, Oct. 19. This award recognizes staff members for their outstanding efforts as a member of the Jewish Federation team. Kaplan was nominated by her peers and selected for this honor by previous winners of the award, along with the recommendation of Jennifer Dubrow Weiss, Jewish Federation CEO.

Kaplan was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. After she received her Master’s Degree in Health Administration/Public Health, she moved to Cherry Hill. She worked at the University of Pennsylvania as a Project Manager for 10 years prior to joining the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey team as Project Manager for Aleph Home Care. Within just one year, Kaplan was promoted to director of Aleph Home Care, and the department has seen incredible growth under her leadership.

Kaplan said that working at the Jewish Federation has been an experience of a lifetime, one where she is given the chance—each and every day—to make a difference in someone’s life. In addition to her love for her work, Kaplan’s family is the light of her life. She said she would not be successful without the support of her husband, Len; her daughters, Lindsay and Danielle; her parents, Marsha and Sheldon; and her Bubie, Lakey.

Join the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and its family of agencies in congratulating Kaplan for this well-deserved honor! Her hard work and dedication to Aleph Home Care truly do go above and beyond the call of duty.
