JEWISH WOMEN’S FOUNDATION

The Jewish Women’s Foundation (JWF) of Southern New Jersey has announced that they are encouraging organizations interested in receiving funding for programs and services to benefit Jewish women and girls to submit grant proposals. The deadline for submission of letters of intent is Friday,

Feb. 10 at 3 p.m.

JWF was founded in 2011 by a group of top Jewish women philanthropists in Southern New Jersey as a fund run by women interested in proactive and progressive philanthropy. It is the mission of the JWF to pool their resources so that they can provide grants to organizations for programs designed to improve and create positive change in the lives of women and girls both locally and globally. Areas of interest for grants may include education, women’s self-esteem and empowerment, health, women’s leadership programs, Jewish identity, and other programs benefitting Jewish women and girls. Grants range from $500 to $10,000.
