While the snow fell in South Jersey, nearly 70 participants gathered in sunny South Florida for the Jewish Community Foundation’s 13th Annual Florida Reunion. This year, the group of South Jersey snowbirds started with a boat cruise around beautiful Biscayne Bay to see the many famous sites of Miami Beach. Following the cruise, participants visited Temple Emanu-El in South Beach and enjoyed lunch, a tour of the majestic synagogue, and an interactive musical performance by noted Cantor George Mordecai. To wrap up the day, the chartered buses drove along famous Collins Avenue to allow people to see the historic art deco buildings that line the road. Many annual attendees claimed it was one of the best Florida Reunion trips that the JCF has ever hosted. Enjoying the event were (from left), JCF donor Stanley Berman, JCF President Neal Cupersmith, and event sponsor Vince Gravina of The Gravina Group at Stifel Nicolaus.
