The Katz JCC, in conjunction with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, will celebrate Healthy Heart Month throughout the entire month of February with events open to the community.

The public is invited to the Sixth Annual Spin-A-Thon on Sunday, Feb. 7 beginning at 8 a.m. and the first ever Zumba-Thon on Sunday, Feb. 21.

Come try out the JCC’s fitness center and group wellness programs on Bring a Friend Day Sunday, Feb. 14 beginning at 8:15 a.m. Class offerings will range from Zumba, Mat Pilates, Spin Basics, Rock N Roll Yoga, Gruvics and more. Other offerings for members of the community include the Indoor Wiffleball Tournament on Wednesday, Feb. 17, and a CPR Certification Course on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
