South Jersey athletes return with medals & memories from Israel
Hometown athletes contributed to the United gold, silver and bronze medals awarded at the 18th World Maccabiah Games in Israel. The host country topped the medal count with a grand total of 367. Israel scored 138 gold. The U.S. earned 44, and Russia came in third with 34 first place medals. More...

A truly amazing event happened last week. Human Rights Watch (HRW) declared that rocket attacks on Israel launched from Gaza amounted to war crimes. I would like to address the current state of support for Israel among American Jews. It is sad to see that the most vocal support for Israel today comes from Christian Evangelicals. Not that their support is not needed or wanted, but rather that the Jewish community is not leading the way. More...
