Grab your friends, family members and business associates, and get ready to feel the beat under your feet at the Katz JCC on Saturday, April 25 at 8 p.m.

We're talking "Chips and Salsa." The Havana style night, presented by Lexus of Cherry Hill, will feature casino games, live music, food, open bar and auction items, and will benefit the Katz JCC's scholarship fund and programs for individuals with special needs, children and older adults. Andrew Mulberg and Brett Kratchman, event chairs, say the evening will combine fun food, alcohol and gambling with a Latin flair.

Adults 21 and older will enjoy a night spiced with Latin food, Salsa dancing and lessons by Betsy Fischer's Groove Lounge, open bar, cocktails and tastings. Popular local band Mr. Greengenes will provide the tunes for your dancing and listening pleasure. If dancing is not for you, don't worry. You can play The Bank casino games including black jack, poker, roulette, three card poker, craps and a big six wheel. An annual highlight of the evening is the pulling of the Lucky Lexus "Top 10" where one lucky person will win a choice of a brand new 2010 Lexus RX SUV or a 2009 ES 350. The runner up will win a week stay at a Grand Mayan resort and 8 lucky folks will win prizes valued from $500-$1,000.

The fisherman and silent auctions will feature vacation packages, a deluxe BBQ grill, spa treatments, sporting events and memorabilia, restaurant gift certificates and sought after hi tech items such as a Wii game system with games. The Jay Roberts Jewelry Bodega silent auction featuring their designer pieces.

This year's Live Auction will feature a new twist—the "Ladies Diamond Delight," during which the highest bidder will have a choice of three diamond pieces. The "Men's Tasteful Timepieces" will give the highest bidder a choice of three watches. There will also be the annual favorite, a deluxe Super Bowl trip for two.
