DAVIS- TUREN DAVIS- TUREN

Lois and Paul Davis of Cherry Hill and Margate announce the marriage of their daughter Alison Davis to Zev Turen, son of Rabbi and Mrs. Irwin Turen of Chicago, IL.

The wedding took place on Aug. 24 at The Mansion in Voorhees. Officiating was Rabbi Moishe Meir Lipszye of the Chabad Lubavitch in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, where Alison and Zev reside. Along with both sets of parents, the wedding party consisted of Abby, Max and Drew Hoffman, the bride's niece and nephews, and Evie, Mia and Charles Turen, nieces and nephew of the groom.

GINSBURG-FREEDMAN

Elissa and Allan Ginsburg and Terry and Marc Freedman of Cherry Hill, announce the marriage of their children, Nadine Rene Ginsburg and Jason Daniel Freedman. The ceremony took place on Aug. 17 at Temple Beth Sholom in Cherry Hill. Rabbi Steven Lindemann of Temple Beth Sholom officiated.

Jordana Ginsburg, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Nicole Cohen, Megan Cohen, Hara Tuchman, Haley Rubin, Sherry Divietro and Marisa Hieb.

GINSBURG-FREEDMAN Joshua Lipoff was the best man. Groomsmen were Jonathan Cohen, Matt Bookbinder, Ryan Mishkin, Scott Sheldon, Brian Gilberg, Andrew Ittleman, Alan Stutman and Adam Royds.

Megan Cohen and Brian Gilberg witnessed the signing of the ketubah.

Nadine is the granddaughter of Betty and Sam Plasky of Maple Shade and Margate, FL and the late Florence and Aaron Ginsburg. Jason is the grandson of Isadora and Warren Freedman of Ventnor and Lake Worth, FL and the late Shirley and Harvey Flomenhoft and the late Herbert Weiner.

After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple lives in South Jersey.

KATZ- LAURENCE

Sharon and Robert Katz of Voorhees announce the engagement of their daughter, Marjorie Beth Katz, to Blake Reid Laurence, son of Maris and Michael Laurence of Chadds Ford, PA.

Marjorie is a graduate of George Washington Univ., with a degree in speech and hearing sciences. She received her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from Temple University. She is currently employed as a speech-language pathologist in the NJ public schools.

KATZ- LAURENCE Blake is a graduate of American Univ., with a degree in finance. He received his law degree from Widener Univ. School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation from Villanova Univ. School of Law. He is currently employed as an attorney at the Lomurro, Davison, Eastman, and Munoz law firm in Freehold, NJ.

Marjorie is the granddaughter of Selma and the late Bennett Mazie and Ella and the late Sol Katz. Blake is the grandson of Faye and Gerson Blatnick and Morris and the late Sylvia Lipschitz.

An August 2009 wedding is planned. .
